Training of a hockey player
A professionel player has to be in good shape to performe in the game. For that the player pratice very often the heating, the cardiovascular training, the execution speed and the physicale conditioning. the heating it's very important because the risk of blessure reduce. The execution speed allows at player a better reaction with this training the player will had a best advantage agaist is adversary. The cardiovascular training allows at player a recuperation more rapidly. Finally, the physicale conditioning improved a better power in a shot and a better acceleration.

Hello hockey fans, I am Fil 360 Qc I have 13 years old, i'm a boy. The hockey of course is my hobbie it's why I choose it for my blog. I pratice this sport in a organized team and I watch it very often. My blog is about the national hockey ligue (NHL). I will discussed of a lots of things for example the best goal, the training of a hockey player and others interesting topics.
